LINE_TP (command)

It creates a straight line tangent to a curve and perpendicular to an other one

  Menu : Draw Line... Tangent, perpendicular

 Command line: LINE_TP

Specify the first line vertex on object, near the tangent point: Specify a point

Specify the second line vertexon object, using the Perpendicular Snap: Specify a point

The action is completed using a Deferred Tangent Snap for the first requested point, see also Using the Object Snaps
