LINE_TT (command)

It creates a straight line tangent to two curves

  Menu : Draw Line... Tangent, tangent

 Command line: LINE_TT

Specify the first line vertex on object, near the tangent point: Specify a point

Specify the second line on object, using the Tangent Snap: Specify a point

The action is completed using a Deferred Tangent Snap for the first requested point, see also Using the Object Snaps
