How to set the color to flood a region

1. Select the region to modify
2. In the Format Region toolbar, click on Select Hatch style
   
   and set No Style (if a style for that region has been defined).
3. In the Format Region toolbar, click on Hatch Flood fill color 
   
    and select the required color.
   As an options, in the Format Region toolbar, click on Hatch Flood fill Transparency 
   
    and select the required percentage.
   0% = full color (no transparency).
