How to rotate the printing area 

1. Click on the menu Print Modify current Printing layout 
2. The Printing layout setting dialog box will be displayed. It can be used to perform the required modifications.
3. Untick Print full drawing.
4. Click on OK.
   It is now possible to resize and rotate the printing area  (red contour) dragging its Grips.
