It
is possible to create regions by inner point with the REGION_BY_IPcommand.
The following prompt is displayed: Pick a point inside the region or [Tolerance/add Islands/Undo]<0.000000>: select
point or press T to
set tolerance, I to
add islands, U to
undo.
Specify
a point near the perimeter of the region to be created.
The
result of the operation will be displayed.
The perimetrical objects will be converted into an island.
