Select cutting objects : Select one or more objects and press ENTER Or press ENTER to select all the displayed objects
Fence/Edge/eRase/Undo] (Shift for trimming - Ctrl for Extended Edge)
Select object to trim or select object pressing and holding Shift to extend it or [Fence/Edge/Undo]: Select an object to trim or press and hold Shift and select an object to extend or enter an option
Pressing and holding Shift enables Trim mode, with Ctrl the Extended mode of the Edge option is enabled

EdgeIt extends the objects to an other object's extrapolated edge or only to an object that really intersects it. Example Selecting a cutting edge and an object to extend:
Enter an implied edge extension mode [Extend/No extend] < current>: Enter an option or press ENTER Extend It
extends the
cutting edge along
its natural path to intersect an other object or relative edge.
No extend It
specifies that the object is trimmed only at a cutting edge that intersects it.
