How to display a grid and set the grid spacing

1. Select menu Tools Snaps Snaps Manager
   
2. Check Show Grid  to display the grid. .
3. For grid X spacing, enter the horizontal grid spacing in units.
4. To use the same value for vertical grid spacing, select Isometric Snap.Otherwise, enter a new value for the grid Y spacing. 
5. Click on OK.
