How to draw a line using the direct distance entry

  1. Start the LINE command and specify the first point. LINE
  2. Move the pointing device until the rubber-band line extends at the same angle as the line you want to draw.
  3. Enter a distance in the command line.

    4. The line is drawn at the length and angle you specified.
