At the Select objects prompt, it is possible to select many objects at the same time.
Specify opposite corners to define a rectangular area. The background inside the area changes color and becomes transparent. The objects will be selected according to the direction in which the cursor is dragged, from the first point to the opposite corner.
Specify some points to define an irregularly shaped area. Use the polygon selection window to select objects entirely enclosed by the selection area.
Use the crossing polygon selection to select objects completely enclosed or intersected by the selection area.
To remove objects from the current selection, either press and hold SHIFT and select them again, or press and hold SHIFT, then click and drag the window or the intersecting selections. It is possible to repeatedly add and remove objects from the selection set.
