How to rotate an object to an absolute angle.

1. Click on the menu Modify Rotate
2. Select the object to be rotated.
3. Specify the base point for the rotation.
4. Enter  R (Reference).
5. Enter the value of an angle of reference or specify the position of two points.

   An imaginary line, that will be rotated to a new angle, will be created.

6. Enter the new angle or specify a point.

   The value specified for the new angle is an absolute angle (not relative). Alternatively, if a point is specified, the reference angle will be rotated to that point.
