How to shear objects on the Y axis (fixed X axis) in  constant area mode  

  1. Click on the menu Modify Shear axis... Shear Y axis (constant area).
  2. Select an object to tilt and press ENTER.
  3. Specify the base point on the X (fixed).
  4. Specify the tilting angle or a tilting reference point.
