How to shear objects on the X axis  (fixed Y axis) in assonometric  mode  

1. Click on the menu Modify Shear axis... Shear Y axis (assonometric).
2. Select an object to tilt and press ENTER.
3. Specify the base point on the Y (fixed).
4. Specify the tilting angle or a tilting reference point.
