How to shear objects  on a free  axis in assonometric mode  

1. Click on the menu Modify Shear axis.. Shear a specified axis (assonometric) 
2. Select an object to tilt and press ENTER.
3. Specify two points  to set the fixed axis.
4. Specify the tilting angle or a tilting reference point.
