Inserting raster images

It is possible to insert in the drawing a background raster image.
This offers the possibility of drawing above the image geometric elements that
can be vectored, for example image imported from a scanner.
The image is set with its lower left vertex on the origin of the drawing and
can be redimensioned to the current drawing units.
When inserted, the image is converted to gray-scale, but the color can be
redefined (e.g. green as in the examples below) to avoid confusing the pattern
of the geometric elements with the image set behind them.
It is also possible to use the raster Snap on the lines and vertexes of the
image; see the RAS command.
