How to approximate a polyline converting arcs into small segments   

1. Click on the menu Modify  Polylines operations...  Polyline: approximate arcs to segments
2. Select the objects to be converted, then press ENTER.
3. Specify the Tolerance as the max distance between the old arc and the new segments
4. Press ENTER.

A message will display the result of the operation.

Here is an example of a polyline formed by 1 segment and 1 arc

and the result of this command which produced a polyline  of 15 segments.
