How to draw a true ellipses marking its major axis.

1. Click on the menu Draw  Ellipse Axis
2. Specify the first endpoint of the major axis
3. Specify the second endpoint of the major axis
4. Specify the length of the minor axis or enter  R and enter the rotational angle (to the main axis).
