How to create islands of an existing region 

1. Click on the menu Draw  Region Add island to region.
2. Select the region to which the island needs to be added.  
3. Select the objects defining the island.
4. Press ENTER to confirm.

   A message on the command line will show the result of the operation.

5. Exit using ESC or ENTER or else select the objects defining an other island.

It is also possible to specify a tolerance to join the endpoints when they are not perfectly coinciding.

The surrounding elements are converted in Region.
