Come How to create regions using an inner point 

1. Click on the menu Draw Region Create Region by inner point
2. Specify a point inside the region, near its border.
3. Press Enter to end the command or specify an other point..

   A message on the command line will show the result of the operation.

It is also possible to specify a tolerance to join the endpoints when they are not perfectly coinciding.

The surrounding elements are NOT converted in Region.
